The staff at Madras Grand impressed me with their helpfulness, promptly arranging taxis whenever I needed one. My room was clean and air-conditioned, although a bit smaller than I expected. I enjoyed the Indian cuisine in the restaurant, and service from the kitchen staff was consistently attentive. However, the restaurant itself felt cramped, with only a few tables which made waiting for a seat a hassle at times. A significant downside was the confusing communication regarding check-in and additional information required ahead of time. The shower lacked proper design, making it feel cramped and low water pressure was an issue in the bathroom. Overall, the positives of the stay outweighed the negatives, but improvements in communication and bathroom design would greatly enhance the experience.

A hidden gem with cozy charm
The staff here are truly amazing, always ready with a smile and eager to help. Our room was clean and had a lovely design, making our stay quite pleasant.
However, the restaurant was often crowded with limited seating, leading to long waits for a table. Also, check-in procedures were confusing, requiring upfront payment for the entire stay.

I was disappointed by the confusion over complimentary drinking water. When I asked at the front desk, the staff gave varying information about how many bottles were included. Additionally, during breakfast, I noticed a hair in my milk, which made me question the cleanliness of the kitchen.

Great location and cozy vibes!
Loved the comfy vibes here! The highlight was the staff – so helpful and friendly. I hit up the in-room breakfast, which was nice to have. Just wish the restaurant had more options since it was pretty small. Still, super easy to explore the area. Definitely a solid choice for family trips!

The location near the local railway station makes it super convenient for day trips! The breakfast was tasty and staff were really accommodating – even catering to special dietary needs.
The shower setup could use some better design for a more spacious feel in the bathroom.
